Performed at The Purcell Room at The Queen Elizabeth Hall at London's South Bank Centre this international ensemble comes together for Mandela Tales.
Based on Nelson Mandela's favourite African Folk Tales, this show highlights stories from regions and traditions across Africa with storytelling and live music. The music is composed by Shirley Thompson and performed by international special guests. Vivid narration by Rolemop's Kerri McLean of these mystical stories is interlaced with enchanting music that reflects on the meaning of the tales.
